CNC Punching

R&D currently has in operation an Amada Vipros 358 King CNC Punching machine. This machine is capable of punching at a rate of up to 860 hits per minute and has the capacity to punch a sheet size of 3000×1500 up to 3.2mm thick with an accuracy of 0.1mm

The Amada Vipros 358 King has a 58 station punch turret with four of the stations auto indexing, this is directly linked and programmed from the Radan CAD/CAM system ensuring precision and highly efficient punching
