Powder Coating

R&D pride themselves on being powder coating specialists, offering the experience and resources to deliver powder coated finishes to the highest possible standards. Our qualified powder coaters are amongst the best trained in the region.

In stock we hold a large range of colours and finishes to ensure we can accommodate all our customer requirements including textured, special effects and nylon.

We have invested heavily in our powder coating operation and have the capability to coat any item from small components to larger items up to 6mtrs in length.

In operation we have a 6 x 3 x 3mtr state of the art Box Oven. A fully enclosed Water Wash Booth avoiding any risk of contamination and a purpose built powder coating conveyer line which has a capacity of 1.4mtr wide x 2.4mtrs high.
